Hello from Europe!!!

Hello hello lovely friends!
I’m stopping in just to say hello and say that I’m having the best time ever over in Europe!!! Things are definitely different across the pond and I’m loving getting to actually experience all those difference.
I’m already planning out all the posts for when I get back but I figured I would share a little preview and share some of my pictures from Instagram!
Get ready for a very large photo dump!
LONDON
PARIS
AMSTERDAM
GERMAN COUNTRYSIDE /COLOGNE/ HEIDELBERG
Thats just a little taste! I’ll be sharing full details of each day of my trip as soon as I get back.  If you’d like to follow along with me you can follow me on Instagram or just go to #placesiwillgoabroad and boom you’ll be able too see all the pictures I’ve been posting.
Crazy to think I still have an entire week left!  Most of which will be spent in Italy!!
Hope everyone has had a great week! Catch ya next Saturday!

Oh Hey Friday! [Goodbye USA, HELLO Europe!]

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAH! I cannot believe it’s already time to head on our adventure.  Our flight leaves at 3:15 and is an overnight nonstop flight to London thank goodness!  EEEKK!! Sorry I’m just so excited.  It’s a little unreal right now.

Ok on to the goods!  It’s time for:

[one] I took my time packing this week.  I think I’ve mention this before but I’ve never been a super organized packer.  I just kinda grab things I know I like to wear and through it in my suitcase and then worry about outfits later.  This time though I was meticulous.  First I wrote out each days outfit, then I took pictures of each outfit in the order I would be wearing it, and then I packed it.  Side note: Packing cubes are the best packing invention EVER!  They made packing SO much easier!!
[two] Getting foreign currency exchanged in the US is a pain in the ass.  It took FOREVER to do this at the bank. And I’m pretty sure we got a shitty exchange rate for these Euros.  They bank didn’t have Pounds and apparently it takes 5 days for it to come in when it’s order so we’ll have to grab those when we get into London tomorrow from an ATM.  So we’ll see who has better exchange rates.  The US or the country itself.

Jenny calls this Monopoly money because she says it looks fake.  Lol

[three] Mani/Pedis were had yesterday because cute hands and toes are must when romping around Europe for the week.  🙂 I went with classic red for both.  Polish is OPI’s Big Apple Red.

[four] I found this image on Google images and thought it was absolutely perfect for this week.  On Instagram I paired it with this quote:
“It’s better to see something once then hear about it a thousand times”

I could not agree more! 🙂
[five] My parents are in town and are taking us to the airport today.  They just got back from New Orleans and the timing worked out perfectly for them to take us to the airport today.  I am so glad I get to see them before I leave. And so is my Mom! A few weeks ago they surprised me with a very generous gift to make sure I really enjoy myself in Europe.  I am just the luckiest to have them as my parents! 🙂
[six] Four words.  Nikki.Hilton’s.wedding.dress.  I am absolutely head over heels in LOVE with it.  She looked just stunning.  And to top things off she married a British man (my dream) AND she got married at Kensington Palace.  Her rehearsal dinner and reception were held at the Orangery (which is where I will be having afternoon tea on Sunday. hehe.. had to throw that in there.)  I keep looking at the pictures of her dress I saved to my phone.  Just magical.

(all pictures via Google Images)
We’ll there ya have it.  My last post for two weeks!  I may have an opportunity to post while I’m there for some quick updates.  Bit if you want to follow along with my trip then be sure to follow me on Instagram (just click the sidebar link titled Instagram and it will take you right to my site or you can search my name kathleennorris and boom you’re in business) because I’ll be posting pictures on that platform as often as I can!  You can also follow along via the hashtag #placeiwillgoabroad
Alrighty! Off to shower, change into my travel clothes, pack some last minute necessities and head to the airport!
Have a fantastic weekend friends!  See ya in two weeks! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Currently [July]

Somehow it’s become a tradition for me to do “Currently” posts on Wednesdays of every month.  So I think I’ll stick with the tradition.
Here is what I’m

Feeling…Excited, anxious, and READY!!  Excited for the trip obviously, anxious that I don’t have everything I need, and ready to be on our way!  The day after tomorrow we will be!

Reading…The Longest Ride, which I started last weekend but haven’t picked up since.  And listening to Big Little Lies via Audiobook still.  Since I haven’t been in the car for super long I haven’t had a chance to listen to much of it.  But I did spend most of yesterday listening to it while I was doing things around the house and while I ran a few errands.

Drinking…Coffee. (Even though I should be drinking water.

Watching…The Today Show.  Ever since I went and stayed with Ashley I’ve been addicted to watching it in the mornings.  She loves the Today Show and now so do I.  It’s just nice to have on in the back ground as I drink coffee and read blogs in the morning.  (Thank you summer.)  Which now that I think about I’m going to have to start savoring because it’s something I will not be able to do once school starts.

Thinking about…My “to-do” list for today and tomorrow.  I have to head to the bank today and get some currency exchanged.  And I’m worried that the exchange rate is going to be more than what I’ve planned it out to be.  I also need to pay all my bills that are due while I’m gone.  And I need to finish finalizing my outfits for the trip.  BAH…SO MUCH TO DO!!!

Oh and my fur babies.  I know my brother is taking great care of them because he sends me pictures but still I miss their presence in the house.  It’s just not the same.

Wearing…PJs.  Comfy comfy this morning.

Working on…This post.  And posts for tomorrow and Friday.  I should also probably be setting up something for while I’m gone here on the blog, but you know what.  I just don’t want to.  I think it’s gonna be pretty quite here on the blog while I’m gone.  But I did download the Blogger app to my iPad so maybe….just maybe I’ll blog once or twice from Europe.  Give you little updates or something.  We shall see! 🙂

Excited about…Once again many things.  The idea of traveling and Europe itself obviously.  But I’m also weirdly excited for school to start.  If only because I’m starting at a new school so it’s all fresh! 🙂  Did I mention I leave for Europe the day after tomorrow?

Loving…this wonderful life I have.  It may not be perfect to some because I’m still single at 27 and have no children.  But you know what….I’m pretty happy with it right now.  I have a job and I can provide for and take care of myself.  That’s pretty darn cool when you think about it!

Have a great Wednesday! 🙂

What are you currently up to?

What’s in my Bag: Carry On Edition

As I’m sure none of you aware, Friday I leave for what promises to be an amazing trip.  I’m sorry I haven’t talked about it too much but you know I’m not excited at all about this trip. (Read: Sarcasm at work).
In order to make sure I have everything I need in both my checked bag and my carry on, I’ve done something I’ve never really done before.  I’m making a packing list AND packing early.  See I’ve never been the type of person who packs a week in advance.  I’m much more of a pack the night before kind of person.  And I’ve never been one to plan outfits either but I am! Usually I just grab a bunch of clothes that I know I like an fold them neatly into my suitcase.
This time around I’m being super strategic and even taking pictures of my outfits for each day so I don’t have to spent 15-25 minutes every morning deciding what to wear.  I can just pull out my phone and boom it’s already decided for me.  I’ll be sharing more on that later this week.
Today however I’ve decided to share what’s going to be in my carry on bag.  Because maybe it’ll be helpful to someone else and so that I know what the essentials are for the next time I go o Europe (whenever that may be).  Plus I love posts like this….so fun.
I will be carrying two bags on the plane with me.  My carry bag which is actually just my camera bag from Jo Totes, the  Georgia Nautical bag to be specific.  When I found this bag I wanted it with the idea that it could service as my carry on as well as my camera bag.  So far it has not disappointed.  It has plenty of pockets and room for all my necessities an whatever doesn’t fit in there will fit in the purse I plan to take around Europe with me.
Jenny and I will actually be carrying the same purse around only hers is navy and mine is grey.  But we both are totally in love with it because it has a ton of pockets and is super light weight.  My camera fits inside and with all the pockets and the fact that it’s a cross body will ensure our money and credit cards will be nice and safe as well.
Ok now one to specifics:

Inside my carry on you will find:
A notepad
iPad (filled with music, books, and games to keep me thoroughly entertained on the 9 hour flight)
iPad/iPhone charger
Glasses/glasses case
Sleeping mask
DSLR camera (not pictured because hello I’m using it to take the picture.)
Extra memory card for camera
Camera charger
Kleenex
Orbit gum
Toiletry bag (I wanted to keep all my small toiletry items I’ll need for the trip separate so they are easier to access.)
Outfit for London (I plan to put a dress that doesn’t wrinkle at the bottom of the bag so I can change into it when we get to London along with a clean pair of undies.)

Inside the blue and white stripped toiletry bag that will go inside my carry on you will find:
Makeup Remover Wipes
All Purpose Wipes
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Contact Case
Contact Solution
All my makeup
Deodorant

Inside my travel purse you will find:
iPhone
Passport
Wallet
Coin bag (with coin Euros)
Small bag with: Hand sanitizer, allergy meds, Ibuprofen
EOS lip balm (my favorite)
EOS lotion
Orbit gum (you can never have enough gum)
Headphones
Tickets for attractions we’ve purchased in advance
Other travel documents for GoAhead Tours
Sunglasses (I bought a cheap pair that I liked so I didn’t have to worry about my designer ones getting lost or scratched.)

**Most of the items in my travel purse will be taken out or rearranged when we get to the hotel and only items I’ll need while we’re out and about will be placed in it.

Man I was worried that I wasn’t bringing enough in my carry on but when it’s all written out I kinda feel like I’m overpacking now.  But I want to prepared for anything and I know all the items I’m bringing are going to be used at one point or another so there ya go.

I just cannot believe it’s already here.  Jenny is finally getting excited (and anxious) for the trip so it’s been a fun week.  I’m glad I have her to make sure I bring everything I need.  I’m a little anxious but I’m more excited anxious than nervous anxious like she is feeling right now.

Both these bags are packed and ready to go.  Just need to add all my makeup to my toiletry bag on Friday morning and I’m all set.

Now I’m off to run a few pre-Europe errands.

Have a great Tuesday friends!

Oh question! Am I missing anything?  Is there anything you just can’t live without on a trip that I should bring?

The Weekend [Family Reunion Edition]

This weekend was super different from most of my weekends.  I spent it pretty much disconnected from the social media world.  And it was awesome.
I attended the Boswell family reunion.  A reunion that has been held on my maternal grandfather’s side of the family since the 1930s.  The family has done an amazing job of making sure that we all get together every two years.  From what I understand the only times we’ve missed were during World War II and…..one other time that I can’t remember right now.  I hadn’t been to a reunion in since 2007.  So I was excited to get to see everyone again.
This year the reunion was held outside of Corsicana, Texas at a ranch called Camp Forrest.  It was totally picturesque and secluded.  And it  can only be rented out for one event at a time, so we had the entire place to ourselves.  When we got there I hardly recognized anyone but it didn’t take long to sort everyone out.  Which I will not explain here because, well it’s pretty boring to be honest and there are a ton of us!
So instead I’ll give you the highlights of the weekend:
– Friday night was spent catching up with family members I hadn’t seen in 8 years.
– Looking through all the family photo albums dating back to the 1950s.
– Getting to disconnect from the world for 48 hours was nice.  (When I got back to a place I had service my phone pretty much blew up.)
-Played with two of the sweetest barn kittens ever.
– Spent all of Saturday pool side, something I hadn’t done in ages.
– Got a fun little sunburn on my forehead and nose and in weird splotches on arms/neck where I clearly missed sun screen.  Don’t you just love it when that happens.
– Taking our bi-annual family pictures.  We always take individual family pictures and generation pictures.  I am part of the 5th generation.  We also always take a youngest and oldest picture.  I don’t have any of those to share because our family photographer (one of the cousins) took them.
— Eating a yummy BBQ dinner catered by a local BBQ restaurant.
– Got some more practice with my DSLR camera.  You can see those pictures below.
– Learned how to play a new game (well new to me) called, Tile Rummy.  It’s basically a mixture of gin and dominos and is super fun.  I plan to buy the game for our family cabin.
– Talked and talked and talked and talked some more.  There was a lot of talking this weekend.
Here are a few pictures from the weekend.  Sadly my brother had to miss out on all the fun because he had a gold tournament to run.

Overall it was the perfect little reunion.  I’m so glad that my family has a tradition like this.  Especially one that we stick to and are committed to continuing for many years to come.

Another great weekend in the books! 🙂

PS. Only 5 days till Europe!!!!!!!!! EEEEEKKKK!!! So close!

Oh Hey/Confessional Friday [Vol. 3]

Friday’s are just the best, aren’t they.  Yes, yes they are.  Especially when you think about the fact that exactly ONE WEEK from today I will be on plane to LONDON!!! YAY!!!  ONE WEEK ONE WEEK ONE WEEK!!!!! 🙂  (I’m not excited at all, am I.)

Ok now on to the goods! Time for the Friday link ups with……

[one] I confess that sometimes I’m a really good friend.  lol  Sorry I’m gonna brag on myself just a tad.  My roommates 27th birthday was this week and I totally surprised her with balloons and a cute “Happy Birthday” sign in front of her bedroom door.  She LOVED it!  We then went to lunch and to see Jurassic World (SO GOOD!)  It was a fantastic day!  This was the collage I posted on Insta-G for her.
It was also my best Disney friend Abby’s birthday.  She is currently working in the UK for the summer as a tour guide for Adventures by Disney.  He job totally sucks.
[two] I confess I got engaged this week!  Ok ok so I’m totally kidding.  But I did spend about 3 and half hours a Zales with a Jenny and our friend Allie as Allie tried to decide on a piece of jewelry she wanted (yes we were there for 3 and half hours.)  So I decided to try on engagement rings and I found THE ONE!  I loved this one.  So pretty and exactly what I’m going to tell my imaginary/future boyfriend/husband I want.

[three] I confess I am totally excited for my new job to start!  (After Europe of course) This week I went and got all my paperwork signed and submitted.  I officially start work on August 13th.

[four] I confess that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have the most perfect little family in the whole world.  This was taken this week during the baptism of Princess Charlotte.  Kate is seriously flawless.

[five] I confess I am so excited for this weekend.  Today I’m heading to our family reunion outside of Dallas.  It will be fun to see a bunch of extended family and have some good ol outdoor fun!  Follow me on Instagram to see all the fun as it happens! 🙂
Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!! Did I mention that one week from today I’ll be flying to Europe?! Cuz I will be! hehe 🙂

You Next Favorite Book: What Alice Forgot

Happy Thursday! I just need to point out that we are 8 days away from Europe y’all, 8 DAYS!  Bah! Can’t believe we’re in the 1 digit countdown.
Alright that is not the topic of todays post so I’ll get on with it.
Today I bring you another book review. Enjoy!

Synopsis according to Goodreads:

So imagine Alice’s surprise when she comes to on the floor of a gym and is whisked off to the hospital where she discovers the honeymoon is truly over — she’s getting divorced, she has three kids and she’s actually 39 years old. Alice must reconstruct the events of a lost decade, and find out whether it’s possible to reconstruct her life at the same time. She has to figure out why her sister hardly talks to her, and how is it that she’s become one of those super skinny moms with really expensive clothes.

Ultimately, Alice must discover whether forgetting is a blessing or a curse, and whether it’s possible to start over.

My thoughts:
I loved the first Liane Moriarty book I read, The Husbands Secret.  So when I saw that she had two other novels I knew I wanted to read them.  One of my teacher friends told me that this one, What Alice Forgot was blegh.  She said it wasn’t fantastic and that it could be skipped.  But I have to say I’m so glad I decided not to skip it.  Now it wasn’t fantastic by any means but it was a good, easy and entertaining read.  I couldn’t stop myself from thinking what it would be like if I fell and lost the last 10 years of my life.  I would be 17. 17!!   I would think that I either finishing up my Junior year or starting my Senior year of high school.  In my mind I would still be living at home too.  Weird.

Anyway I enjoyed all the characters and found myself trying to guess what had happened in Alice’s life when she was asking her family members about certain events.  It was fascinating to see how her personality had changed in the 10 years she had forgotten.  The events that changed her and the feelings she went through before, that had turned her into the person she was at 39 compared to 29.  Very interesting.  I had a feeling I wasn’t going to like the ending, no clue why but that’s what I thought as I was reading.  But I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the way it ended.

Overall I would recommend the book to anyone.  Like I said it’s any easy, enjoyable read.  I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

Oh and this was another book I read via audiobooks.  Seriously if you still haven’t discovered the greatness that is audiobooks, get on it!  Although I have discovered that I only listen to them in the car.  It’s just weird listening to them at home, so that’s a drawback.  Because I’m currently reading Big Little Lies by the same author and I can’t listen to it until later today when I have about an hour drive ahead of me.

Happy Reading! 🙂

Harry Potter and the Blog Post

Like thousands of other kids around the world my life completely revolved around Harry Potter from 1998-2007.  I can still remember reading the first book in the 6th grade and absolutely falling in love with the story.  Every single part of it.  And the best part was the anticipation to read the next book.  And I can still remember sitting in my parents bed in July of 2007 as I raced through the Deathly Hallows to  find out what happens and then starting all over again to read it slowly and savor it.

Harry Potter is the reason my best friend Ashley and I, became best friends.  We found out that we were both totally obsessed and it cemented our friendship forever.  I mean we took pictures with our favorite books at her wedding AND I started crying when we read Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone out loud to her 2 month old.  Yeah I would say I’m pretty obsessed with all things Harry Potter.
(I’m even seriously considering getting the Deathly Hallows tattooed somewhere on my body.  TATTOOED people!  If that doesn’t scream fan I don’t know what else does.)
Anyway, while I was in El Paso, I decided to re-read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.  And while I was staying with Ashley we got to talking about all the moments in the book that we felt were shock/gasp worthy or just plain exciting.  And today I present you with said list and a few pictures showcasing my love of all things Harry Potter.
(Sidenote: Do not continue reading if you have never read the books and plan to because there are MAJOR spoilers!  I will not be held responsible if it is ruined for you. : ) )
**********

Book 2:
– The moment when we found out that TOM MARVOLO RIDDLE actually means I AM LORD VOLDEMORT.
-The moment you find out that Ginny was the one writing all the messages about the Chamber of Secrets in chicken blood.

Book 3:
– The moment you find out that the murder Sirius Black is Harry’s Godfather.
– Seeing Peter Pettigrew’s name on the Marauder’s Map and then finding out that he’s he one who betrayed Harry’s parents to Voldemort.  Then falling totally in love with Sirius.
– Finding out that the Marauder’s Map was created by Harry’s father.
– This quote from Dumbledore, “Happiness can be found in the darkest of places, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”
Book 4:
– The whole Quidditch World cup chapter because we find out so much more about the wizarding world.
– Discovering that there were other wizarding schools and wishing that she had included and American school.
– When the Triwizard Cup was really a port key and then Cedric Diggory died.
– Finding out Mad-Eye Moody was actually Barty Crouch Jr. the whole school year.

Book 5:
– Learning about the prophecy and a little more about Harry and Voldemort’s connection.
– Sirius dying and Harry losing another important adult in his life.  (I cried for about an hour afterwards.)
– Going into Snape’s memory and learning more about his parents.
– When Dolores Umbridge makes Harry write with the pen that uses his own blood as ink.  (I still hate that woman.)
Book 6:  This is my favorite book.  I love every thing about it and absolutely HATED the movie.  I cried after I saw it because I felt they just didn’t do the book justice.

Every single time Dumbledore took Harry into the Pensive.  (I loved learning more about Voldemort and the conversations that happened between Harry and Dumbledore because of them.)
– When Harry used Sectumsempra on Draco and thought he killed him.  (Ashley and I both agreed that we were shocked when we realized what the spell did.  So was Harry.)
– Finding out Snape was the Half-Blood Prince.
– This quote from Dumbledore, “Age is foolish and forgetful when it underestimates youth.” (So freaking wise)
– Obviously……Dumbledore’s death.
Book 7: I think this book ties with Half-Blood Prince.  I could read this book once a month and never get bored.
– When Hedwig dies. (I’m still not ok with this.)

Realizing that the locket that is very briefly mentioned in the Order of the Phoenix while everyone is cleaning out Number 12 Grimmald Place is the real Horcrux and then finding out it was sold to Umbridge.
– The entire chapter about Snape’s last memory.  (This made me crave a whole book about Harry’s parents ten times more then I did before reading the last book.) #Always
– When Fred dies.  And then you find out Lupin and Tonks died.  (Again cried for hours.)
– When Narcissa Malfoy lies and tells Voldemort that Harry is dead, even though he’s not.
– When Harry visits Godric’s Hallow and sees his parents graves and the monument for the first time.
– The moment you find out Harry is the last Horcrux and that he’s going to have to “die.”
**********
I could talk about this topic for hours and hours.  Harry Potter is and always will be my all time favorite book series.  I’m so excited to pass along the amazingness to the next generation (Lacey and my future children).
Special thanks to Ashley who loved Harry Potter just as much if not more than I do and who helped me come up with this list! 🙂 Love ya!
Now, what were some of YOUR favorite moments from the Harry Potter books?!

The Weekend [the reunion]

Happy Monday friends!

I hope each of you had a fantastic weekend.  Mine was simply the best because on of my best friends from Disney came down to visit for the weekend.

And here were the highlights:

-Friday we went shopping. Target and the outlet mall specifically.  She tried Whataburger for the first time, which if you’re a Texan you know all about it’s deliciousness.  If not, come to Texas and try it.  It’s amazing.

-Laid around like we’re roommate again and watched TV and relaxed.

– Saturday we went to a brewery, Buffalo Bayou Brewery to be exact.  This was my first time at a brewery and I really had no idea what to expect.  But I wasn’t impressed.  In large part due to the fact that I’m not a beer fan. Oops. Guess a brewery isn’t the best place to go if you don’t like beer but we met some other Florida friends there and had a good time chit chatting and stuff.

– Watched The Best of Me on Netflix, another Nicolas Sparks book turned movie.  I enjoyed it.  Be prepared to cry a thousands tears.

-Had a ton of conversations about her upcoming October wedding and my upcoming trip to Europe. I think those two topics dominated our conversations.

-Had lunch at Torchy’s Tacos.  Another yummy Texas restaurant.  I mean look at all that goodness.

– Went to the movies and saw Inside Out.  If you haven’t seen this movie yet, stop what you’re doing and go see it.  It is amazing. Pixar is absolutely brilliant.  [I may even dedicate a whole post to a movie review because it was that good.]

-Went to Menchies again, Jordan came with. That means I went to Menchies 3 days in a row.  #sorryimnotsorry

-Finally all of our final travel documents and the final itinerary came in the mail on Friday.  BAH!  It’s so close y’all SO CLOSE!! 🙂

Jordan and I had a blast this weekend.  It was very laid back and easy, just what we both wanted.  I couldn’t have asked for a better time with her.  The next time I see her she’ll be marrying the love of her life! 🙂  Cannot wait!

Have a fantastic Monday!

Oh Hey/Confessional Friday [Vol. 2]

Happy Friday Friends!
I cannot believe that we are already into July.  Not that I’m complaining at all because July means that it’s officially EUROPE MONTH!!   AH! So excited.  The next twoish weeks will be spent doing last minute things for the trip.  Deciding what to pack, getting the necessary toiletries ready, getting all my important documents together, and getting 10 times more excited than I already am for the trip!  BAH! So exciting.
Alrighty, it’s Friday so that means it’s time to share my 5 things from the week.  I”m gonna follow the same format I did last week because well….I can.
[one] I confess that I don’t hate driving for 10 hours by myself as much I thought I did.  On Tuesday, I drove back to Houston, leaving my precious fur babies behind.  It was a much quieter drive then the drive a few weeks ago.  But I had my trusty audiobook (currently reading Big Little Lies by Liana Moriarty) and the drive flew by.

[two] I confess that I still can’t believe we hit the month of July this week.  To celebrate we bought our tickets to the London Eye.  The last time I rode the Eye, we had literally just gotten into London after our overnight flight and everyone was exhausted. Some people even fell asleep.  Not me of course but I’m still hoping I’m much more bright eyed this time around!

This was my #tbt yesterday on Instagram.  I am 16 in this picture, have much longer hair and am way skinnier.  But I’m excited to recreate a picture like this in 15 days! 🙂

[three] I confess I had frozen yogurt 2 days in a row, both on Wednesday and Thursday.  I got the exact same thing both days and I’m just not sorry about it.

[four] I confess I am not much of a dog person and this happened the other night and I loved every minute of it.  Don’t get me wrong I like dogs.  But I prefer you know one or two not four.  We are currently dog sitting for a friend and I was home alone the other night and so all four dogs took it upon themselves to come and snuggle with me.  It was glorious.

[five] I confess I bought some new clothes for Europe.  I finally bought a maxi dress that I don’t hate from Banana Republic.  I am so excited to wear it.  It’s adorable.  I also bought the cutest pair of shorts from JCrew that I cannot wait to wear in Europe. (I couldn’t find a picture of the maxi dress womp womp)

Pretty good week!

Have a great 4th of July weekend!  Eat lots of BBQ, watch some fireworks, and celebrate AMERICA!!!
